PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG

We are very concerned about the health of our volunteers and their families.
To protect them, we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greets can be organised.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog -

* Coughing or sneezing
* runny or blocked nose
* shortness of breath
* high temperature or fever
* sore throat
* aches or pains
* other flu like symptoms

If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.

Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help.

We require you to acknowledge that you have read and agree with all statements before any potential meet and greet can proceed.

Starting Over Dog rescue are thrilled to introduce you to Odile, who is on the hunt for her forever family.

Born in care to a whippet cross mumma, it is clear that Odiles father was an extra-large doggo and she is estimated to grow into a large sized adult. This gentle giant will need formal ongoing training to stimulate her brain and regular daily exercise to keep her fit and healthy.

Odile is an inquisitive young lady who is friendly, ready to learn and eager to please. The sweetest of lasses, she is a playful snuggle bug who needs a home where her humans are around a lot or who have another dog in the household to keep her company.

This gorgeous girl is full of character and sass and will keep you entertained with her funny antics and joyful personality. Her favourite pastimes are snuggling up in your lap, playing with toys, chewing on carrots and exploring the world around her.

Odile is destined for a life of luxury in her new home, she hopes for her forever family who are patient with her while she is learning about the world, a family who can continue her house training and most importantly has a warm bed and an endless supply of cuddles and kisses.

This young lady has lived in care with dogs of different sizes but has not been tested with cats or pocket pets.
