Marley

MARLEY is a four year old female Rottweiler with a people-loving personality. She is pure Rottie (no papers) and at 45 kgs, is at the larger end of the weight range for females.

She is a highly intelligent, friendly girl who just loves being around people and other dogs.

Although she understands basic commands and is generally very obedient, she can be a bit of a couch potato, so is active on her terms. Having said that, she loves walking and swimming.

On a hot day, her favourite place is a shady spot near someone she loves.

Marley was reluctantly surrendered to us by her original owner who bought her for breeding purposes. Due to a change in the focus of his breeding program - Jack Russells instead of Rottweilers - Marley was never mated. Much loved by her Jack Russell housemates, she was nonetheless a bit too big and boisterous for them, so is now being offered for rehoming.

To be content, Marley needs a home where her humans are home most of the time or she has a canine pal to play with.
