About Max DL2456
The sweet young Max is a bundle of energy and would like someone who will take him for daily walks and play plenty of games of fetch.
Max is a very clever and loving dog, who becomes quite anxious in new situations, though settles with praise and reassurance. He walks beautifully on his chain and harness and loves his long walks and going for runs. He has been quick to learn paw and wait, but does need some reminding as his exuberance can get him very excited. He has also become a big snuggler in a short amount of time.
Max would do well in a home with patient and attentive adults. He is so willing to learn and please. When he gets anxious he can be mouthy, and is not comfortable with unexpected pats from strangers. He isn't suited to living with children, or children visiting. He would do well with another calm mannered dog and we're told he has been good with cats.
If you're experienced with working breeds and would love to meet our handsome Max, email DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply!
