About Maddi ~ 1.5yo BullArabxGreatDane (On Trial 3/6/20)
Hi, I’m Maddi and I’m a 19 month old Bull Arab x Great Dane. Don’t let my size fool you - I am very affectionate and my foster mum thinks I am the biggest sook.
My history is unknown, I was saved from the pound in just the nick of time! I am very friendly to all human beings and dogs my size - my current foster brother is smaller than me. I didn’t take much interest in him at first as I didn’t know where I was but I like playing chasey with him. We have fun together while my foster parents are at work. I don’t know how I will go with cats or pocket pets as I haven’t come across any since coming into care.
My foster parents think I came from a domesticated household as I know basic commands and seem to not have had any accidents. I do all my business outside and my foster parents encourage this when they take me outside by saying “wee wee”. I know how to sit and stay while my food is getting ready. I get so excited that I run around in a circle and then try to jump up to smell it. I sleep on a bed in my foster carers room but I always try to be sneaky and sleep on their bed, it’s a bit too tiny for the 4 of us! I like my walks as this is a chance to have a smell of all the different things.
I don’t want to go to a home where I am an outside dog. I cry when I’m left alone for too long. My ideal home would be with another friend who will keep me company while my parents work or if they don’t work someone would need to be home so minimal time is spent away from me! I like being near my foster parents.
For more information or to meet me, please contact my foster carer Jasmine by email, drn.jasmine@gmail.com or you can fill out the adoption form online at https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Please allow 3 business days for her to get back to you after you have submitted an application/enquiry.
My adoption fee is $350 and I am desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped. I am currently in care in the Newcastle area, NSW.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
