About Pebbles
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 and travel being restricted, I can only be adopted in NSW or ACT.
Pebbles is a very gentle German Shepherd who has come to us from a home where she was chained under a house.
We are providing Pebbles with good food, proper veterinary attention and lots of tlc and she is thriving. She arrived weighing 24 kilos and in the few weeks we have had her in she is now 29 kilos.
Pebbles is playful with her fellow rescue Shepherds and knows her basic commands. She is fully house trained and very loving. Still having puppyish ways she can mouth your hand requesting your attention.
She loves to pick up a shoe or steal your socks so be mindful she is still an adolescent and will dig the odd hole and when excited jump up for attention.
We are seeking a home with a committed owner who will follow through with Pebbles rehabilitation and dietary requirements. Preferable a retired couple or single person who can provide Pebbles with a loving home as an integral family member.
Due to her size it is recommended a home with older dog savvy children. Pebbles has not been tested with cats, small dogs or pocket pets.

Medical notes
Pebbles has been vaccinated C5, desexed, heart worm tested negative. She has been wormed and flea treated and hydrobathed.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
