About Zeus ~ 2yo Amstaff ( On Trial 30/5/20)
Hi, I'm Zeus! I’m a sweet and lovable 2 year old American Staffy looking for my forever home.
I haven’t had the best start to life and bear the battle scars so I can be a little scared and anxious at first, but once I get to know you I'm your best friend and little shadow. I just need that special person in my life to help me grow.
Because of my rough start I have a few requirements from my new family to ensure that we will be a perfect fit for each other.
I need someone who is patient. I haven’t had a huge amount of socialisation or walking experience and will need someone willing to continue my training and bunderstanding with my lead reactivity.
I will need someone with staffy knowledge, experience and patience to continue with my training. I have had some separation anxiety and would prefer a home where humans are home more often than not and committed to help with my separation anxiety.
I have had some basic training and I'm very smart and eager to learn especially when yummy treats are involved. Going for a walk is just the best, but being a solid boy I am still learning some leash skills.
I absolutely love water and can help you water the garden. I would benefit from an owner who will establish a good routine and boundaries for me to follow.
I have settled down and bonded really well with my foster carer. I would love nothing more than to hang out with you and follow you from room to room, so being able to have access inside is a bonus.
I am toilet trained and crate trained - this is my safe place for down time and I put myself to bed at the end of the day. It would be great if I could have a safe place In my new home.
I am a very special boy who is looking for my place in the world and a loving family. I haven’t had the best experience with other dogs so being an only dog would suit me. I would enjoy a grassy yard to play in and plenty of toys.
I am best with no young or small kids as I am likely to bowl them over and solid 5-6 foot tall colorbond fence is a requirement.
But most importantly, my foster mum have taught me what love is and I can’t wait to have a family of my own!
If you think I would be a perfect fit with your family please get in contact today.
