About Mia
Mia is a 3 yr old Dane X who has stunning colouring & markings. Mia is affectionate & after her initial excitement to meet you she will happily be next to you for a head scratch or a belly rub. Mia is a large dog & strong, but responds & is obedient, learning her manners & good on the lead. Mia is really just a big pup who’s a bit of a goof ball & wants to frolick so she will need to be with big dog lovers who understand her play. Mia is currently living with other dogs but best suited as an only dog so she gets to have all the attention that’s she’s missed out on up until now. Mia we think has been used for breeding & not given a lot of time spent with her. This girl has loads of potential & just wants some love with an owner that is committed she will make a great companion
Mia comes with lead training to help get her new family started in the right direction

***Special Update***
Because of the Coronavirus situation we are receiving an unprecedented number of enquiries. We are just a small group of people and are still working hard to get dogs and cats out of pounds and to safety as well as answer enquiries about animals we already have in care. Please be patient with us as we work through the enquiries. Thank you.
If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but are all volunteers, so we thank you for your patience.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
