About Zeus
Zeus is a handsome fella who is showing to be a friendly boy whilst in foster care. He is best suited to similar sized dogs or smaller as he tends to be a little uncertain and shy with larger sized dogs.
He has met some cats whilst in foster care and although curious hasn't shown any issues with aggression when introducing so may suit a home with a dog savvy cat and a home willing to introduce properly whilst they get to know one another.
Zeus has shown to be fine with dog savvy kids and may be able to share his home easily with them.
He will need secure and safe fencing of at least 5ft or over just to make sure he is safe and secure in his own yard. He may be fine with secure rural fencing but we wouldn't recommend paddock fencing.
He has also met horses and chickens in a fenced coop with no issues.
Zeus would suit living in a home with another dog especially if you work full time so he has some company but may suit being an only dog with the right home who can make sure he continues his socialisation and training in the home and outside the home.
Zeus is located in foster care in the Raymond terrace area and ha ready to find his new home now.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
