About Gabite and Gible (not suitable for children)
Hi. My name is Gabite (Abyssinian) and this is my bother Gible. Gible thinks he is the better looking one but I think my scruffy hair makes me look pretty cool. We have mirror image white stripes on our bodies, with my stripe being on my right side and Gible’s being on his left. 'Stripes on the right' rhymes, which once again proves I’m the cooler brother. Enough about how good looking I am, let me tell you a bit about us.
We were born on foster care on 11 April 2020. Our hobbies include zooming around our cage like lunatics, wheeking very loudly for food, and playing hide and seek when our foster carer tries to pick us up. Once we give up and allow our foster carer to hold us, we turn into big cuddle monsters and secretly love to be held (but don’t tell anyone or it will ruin my cool image!)
As we are so young, we MUST go to an indoor home so we are protected from the outside weather. We also shouldn’t have a home with ramps because our bones are fragile and if we fall off the ramp we might break a leg. If our new home is a C&C cage, you must cover the grids on the inside as we can be very tricky and squeeze through the grids. As we have so much energy we are not suitable for children under 12 as we can be very hard to hold due to our need to NEVER sit still.
Please adopt us and love us for our whole lives. Oh, and we must be adopted together as we are bonded, well as far as brothers go... We are available for adoption from our foster carer at Bracken Ridge.
