About Juniper ~ 7 week old kitten (On trial (22/5/20)
Hi, my name is Juniper (or Juni or June Bug) and I am looking for my perfect home! I am 7 weeks old and as cute as a button. I love playing with other cats so would love to be adopted with my brother, Fig, or my mumma, Maple, who are also available for adoption. But if you have another friendly cat that would also be okay!
My mumma, Maple, was found pregnant as on the streets and was taken to a pound. Mumma Maple is a very friendly girl and wanted to have me and my brother in a home environment, so Dog Rescue Newcastle brought her into care so we could be raised in a warm house with lots of cuddles and other cat and dog friends.
My brother Fig and I are both very confident and friendly kittens just like our mum. We love humans and have been around kids, other cats and a big dog. We aren't phased by much so would be suited to pretty much any home!
One thing you should know about me is I have a congenital condition called Pectum Excavatum, which means my chest is narrower than it should be but my nice vet told me that I have grown into it quite well and won't need surgery so I am ready for adoption!
Please see my brother Fig's profile if you are interested in adopting us together: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/796144
I am available for adoption to an indoor-only home in the Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast Area only and my adoption fee is $250 or $400 for me and my brother or mum.
I am in foster care in Mayfield, NSW and have had my vaccination and microchip but will need desexing at a local vet when I am big enough, which will be covered by Dog Rescue Newcastle. If you're interested in adopting me, please click on this link to apply! https://form.jotform.co/93127959159875

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
