Hi everyone! I am Athena and I am looking for my forever home.
They say at a good guess, I am a 3 year old girl. I am a mixed breed, but do not let my lack of identity fool you – I know what I love and that is food and affection from my human family! No one quite knows what I have been through to get me where I am today, but I am ready to say hello to my new family.

Although it took a proper introduction and a few days to let my hair down, I love spending hours with my foster sister, rolling, wrestling and chasing! Sometimes my foster sister and I get so distracted with our play time we forget our manners inside, and mum has to move us outside! Being the older girl, I do like to be the boss of new toys so that is something I will need to work on if I move into a home with a permanent doggy sibling.

I love a good walk and investigating of all the new smells I encounter. Mum says I get so distracted sniffing sometimes I forget I am on a lead and start to pull her along… oops. No problem, I know with some training I can improve, because all I want to do is make you proud of me. I do love my time outside, but I do also like to spend time indoors where my family are.

There is no doubt I am a people person, even the small ones that chase me around do not bother me. Do not worry too much about me when you go out, I am super calm and can easily distract myself with napping, chewing bones and finding treats. I am house-trained, answer to my name and sit on cue, and I have a particular talent at seeking out somewhere comfortable! I can even clear a bar stool to find a comfy spot!
I am de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm treated.
