About Barney
The number of different ear positions this guy has is mind-blowing (yes these are genuinely his ears) - seriously!. They can be up/down/bent and any which way that will keep you guessing. And young as well!
If you're after a happy go lucky, no fuss, easy to hang with dude, with funky ears. he would be the perfect housemate. Like all of our dogs, he will need that bit of patience to settle in, but he really won’t need too much as he is already in a foster home living with other greyhounds and then it will be like he has been a part of your life forever.
Barney needs a full-sized yard and is not suited to unit or townhouse living.
Ideally - he would make a perfect solo pet and with some work can be left alone while you're at work for the day however he would make a great companion dog for a respectful large dog as well as he is in a foster home with both a male and female greyhound.

All of our greyhounds are desexed, vaccinated, heartworm tested and have a full dental before rehoming. They are also lifetime registered in New South Wales once they have settled into their new homes.
****Cats***** - Our regional dogs are not tested with cats due to not having the facility or resources. For that reason, we are unable to place any of our dogs in a cat home. For a cat-friendly greyhound, please contact our head office at gapnsw.com.au to go on the waitlist.
