About Bindi
Bindi found herself at a rural pound. She was microchipped and her owners were contacted and said they would collect her.
However, after three weeks at the pound, they never came and she came into care with us.
One very neglected girl arrived, her coat so matted she wasn’t able to move far without yelping, and live fleas galore leaping and jumping.
I managed to cut the ‘carpet-like’ patches of coat off with scissors, before getting a proper clip done. This, plus a flea treatment, and we had a new girl!
Bindi initially was obviously used to being an ‘outside only’ dog. She wasn’t house trained and had no idea what a doggie door was.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and those neglected days are a distant memory.
Bindi now loves being a part of the family. Where I am - she is!
Completely toilet trained now, and uses the doggie door to go outside as she wishes.
She is sleeping indoors, relaxing on the couch when she wants, with cuddles galore.
She loves her daily walks, is terrific in the car, and gets on really well with the other dogs in my home. Her little tail vibrates every time she meets a new human. She is a delight.
Please enquire by clicking on the Enquire about this pet button, and tell us as much as you can about yourself and why you think you would be a good fit for Bindi.
We need to know how long Bindi would be alone during the day, if at all. Do you have other pets? Do you have kids?
PLEASE NOTE: We are located in Moree, northern NSW, and since Covid 19, you will need to drive to collect Bindi if you are successful in adopting her.
If you cannot commit to collecting her, please don’t apply.
