About Biscuit
*biscuit is currently trialling her new home* meet biscuit!!! she has a very dark chocolate almost black coat which is a bit like an oreo cookie colour……. . And looking at her photos it would seem she doesn’t mind a cookie or two or even three! biscuit and her “boyfriend”, indi, are looking for a new home after the arrival of twin human babies has left them feeling rather attention deprived. Their owners are very upset at having to make this tough decision but realise that they no longer have the time to spend with the dogs and that finding a more appropriate home for them will be kinder in the long run. Biscuit is a labrador cross who was rescued from our local pound when she was a pup. She enjoys going for walks or for a swim down the river or just hanging out with indi in the back yard. Biscuit’s great with children though being an exuberant lab she can accidentally knock the littlies over so older children would be better suited. She’s good with other dogs and can get a tad excited when she first meets them. Biscuit will require some training to get her back to the more obedient dog she was a couple of years ago. She’s gotten used to being an outside dog though we reckon once her manners return she’d like being allowed inside on occasion. An owner willing and able to exercise biscuit daily and a secure yard for her safety is very important. Biscuit and indi have spent most of their lives together and get on fabulously so of course rehousing them as a pair would be preferable but depending on the situation we’d be willing to trial one without the other and see how it goes hence their adoption fee is $220 each or $400 for the pair. If you’d like to give this lovely girl a special new home then please contact sarg for an application now!!!
