About Franklin
Meet Franklin,
This hunk is a real smooth operator. Franklin loves nothing more then a good wrestle with his siblings, is happy to wrestle the big foster fur siblings as well. He loves his toys, loves his human companions big and small and isn’t too concerned about the cat. Franklin is very food orientated which will help with training. This boy loves fossicking through the gardens and investigating everything. Franklin will need a home happy to continue his training as he is still only a puppy and learning how to be a good big boy. Franklin is working on his toilet training and sleeps inside at night and spends his days outside. Franklin will grow to be a big boy so will need a home willing to give him plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Franklin would love a home with another fur sibling to play with or a home happy to spend lots of time playing with him.

Location: Our dogs are in family foster care in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
All of our dogs are desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped and heart worm treated. There are no exceptions.

Adoption Process
If you should choose to adopt a dog from SEQ K9 Rescue Inc:
You will be asked to complete an Online Adoption Application.
Completing this form helps us to determine if the dog you are applying for will fit your family. Some dogs have special needs so we may be looking for a specific forever home.
After you have completed the Online Adoption Application, we will have the information to determine if you are a good match for the dog you are applying for. Sometimes we may recommend another dog we have in our care.
Next, we will arrange for you to meet the dog/puppy.
We ask that you bring along your children and your dog to the meet. A yard check (or yard photos) will be checked and only then will approval be considered.
Please remember sometimes there are several applications for the same dog so this process may take up to a week.
If your application is approved, now is the time to invest in a dog harness, led, bedding and toys.
All adoption fees must be cleared before our dogs can be collected from our carers. Our carers are not allowed to accept cash. Bank deposit/transfers only.
We also offer a 2 week trial period - if your new family member is not settling please contact SEQ K9 Rescue Inc via email immediately. We are happy to assist with training or advise if the dog has not settled.
If for any reason the dog needs to be returned to the rescue organisation, the adoption fee minus a $50 non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you. Your refund will be returned via bank transfer within 10 working days.
If the dog is returned after the trial period generally no refund will be made.
Interstate adoptions may be requested to supply additional information and photographs of the proposed environment for the dog. Interstate adopter must pay transport costs in addition to the adoption fee.
If the dog is to return from an interstate adoption, the adopter is to pay all costs to return the animal to SEQ K9 Rescue Inc in Brisbane.
All dogs deserve a forever home.
