Avani

*avani is currently trialling his new home* avani’s mum has moved to far north queensland and unfortunately can’t take him with her so he’s looking for a new forever home…. . Avani is an adorable little guy who’s confident, loving and affectionate. He gets on well with his carers other dogs though does like to be in charge so if he were to be rehoused with another dog for company it would be best if they were submissive. He has fun with his carers’ children and loves a bit of rough and tumble in the backyard as well as going for walks. Avani has learnt to do a cute little begging trick which you can see in his video. As avani is still only young he will benefit from some obedience training and ongoing socialisation with other dogs. Being a malt/shihtzu cross avani will require regular brushing as well as a visit to the groomer a couple of times a year for clipping. Although used to being outside we reckon avani would enjoy a home where he’s allowed inside at times so may need a little help with toilet-training…. . Though in saying this avani is used to sleeping inside in the laundry at night without having an accident as he will let you know when he needs to go to the toilet. Avani is also good with cats.
