Because of the Coronavirus situation we are receiving an unprecedented number of enquiries. We are just a small group of people and are still working hard to get dogs and cats out of pounds and to safety as well as answer enquiries about animals we already have in care. Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.

We try and answer all enquiries asap but you are welcome to follow up your email with a phone call to our foster carer co-ordinator Debra on 0412 698 117. We will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.

If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.

All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
