About Honey ~ sweet 3yo Pug (On trial 16/05/20)
Honey is a 3 year old purebred Pug. She is a ball of love and affection. She loves nothing more than to be at your side. She follows you around the house, making her puggy sounds and is happiest when you stop to give her a pat.
She also loves to play with her favourite pink bunny and runs around throwing and catching it before sitting down for a chew and cuddle with it.
Honey loves all people, kids included. She loves a cuddle from the kids and is not rough with them, although her love can sometimes be intense and she may lick someone to death.
Honey is slightly overweight and will need a home sensitive to her needs. She will need a strict diet and a small amount of exercise as she builds up her fitness and drops the weight. She has lost weight and is on the right track so far.
She also loves to chew on a dummy. She plays with it, flicking it around and running to chase it. She is very cuddly and needs to be an inside dog, only staying outside during the day as needed.
Honey can be a bit silly about her food and doesn't like to have other dogs messing with it. She lets them know who's boss with a growl and gets a bit territorial. For this reason, it is best that Honey goes to a home with no other dogs. However, she is fine and friendly with cats.
Honey is a real sweetheart. She will absolutely make an excellent family pet or new best friend for the right forever home.
Honey is currently in care in the Newcastle, NSW area. For more information, email kateja6182@gmail.com or you can fill out the adoption form online at https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
