About Simba
Everything the light touches yarda, yarda and so on....... Please meet Simba the 8 mth old Kelpie X who is currently at BARC looking for a new home...
Just like the young lion cub in the Disney classic movie this young dog approaches life head on with his main motto being "Hakuna Matata"... Which of course means No worries and this boy has no worries in life.
With a playful bounce, a wag of his tail and a bark of excitement he is ready for play and ready for love... Still being a young dog and of a working type breed this boy will excel at training, would love doing some form of agility or fly ball, going on runs, camping and all sorts of adventures... when we are allowed to of course.
He would be suited to a home with older children that can throw him a ball, feed him his favorite treats and join him on his walks and adventures playing in the garden.
If you have lots of love to give and are ready for a wonderful young fella to be the recipient then please call the people at BARC to arrange for a time to meet with Simba.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
