Meet Frankie! This independent lady is happy to entertain herself and loves cuddles with the human variety! And soon lets you know this when she starts up her loud motor! She is active. Playful. But also loves her cuddles and down time! Loves to play with her siblings and her foster families large dogs! She is confident. Adventurous. And full of love. Her gorgeous markings and white eye liner makes her stand out differently from her other 3 white siblings.
