About Zelda ~ 10 week old kitten (On Trial 9/5/20)
Zelda is a beautiful little black kitten with gorgeous greeny yellow eyes. Sweet Zelda came into care after being found on the streets with her siblings so they hadn’t had a lot of human contact. After being in care for less than a week, Zelda has started to come out of her shell and enjoys having cuddles on the lounge. With a little bit of patience and desensitisation, this little girl will blossom into a confident little cat. We would love for her to be adopted with her sister, Hilda, so that they have each other for comfort but this isn't necessary.
This little girl loves to adventure around her foster carers house but she is still a little scared of loud noises so would be best suited to a quieter household. Zelda and Hilda are currently in care with a small dog and are understandably a little bit hesitant but we believe they would be okay in a household with a cat-friendly dog after a slow introduction.
Although it may take her some time to come out of her shell, Zelda will make a great companion and is learning trust humans very quickly. She loves her food so with a bit of encouragement and desensitisation using her favourite food, you will have a friend for life.
Zelda is available for adoption to an indoor-only home in the Hunter Region as she still requires some very work and her adoption fee is $250. This little girl will make someone very happy.
Zelda is in foster care in Waratah, NSW. She will be vaccinated, microchipped and desexed which is all included in the adoption fee. If you're interested in adopting Zelda, please click on this link to complete our application form https://form.jotform.co/93127959159875

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
