About Omelette (In Foster)
Hi there, I’m Omelette and I have been lucky enough to go to a wonderful foster home.
Mumma says I’ve settled in very nicely. Apparently I’ve got something called a big personality. I love to play and throw teddies around and collect shoes and cushions from around the house. I love to play with the humans and do the front down bum up pounce to let them know I’m ready to play. I also squeeze between their legs and arch my back until they give me the big bum rubs. Just quietly I think they like that just as much as I do. I make sure I fight my way to the front when there are cuddles to be had
I LOVE wearing pyjamas and ran at Mumma with a helicopter tail when she picked them up yesterday morning so she put them back on me. I’m learning how to be part of the Briggers pack and I'm not afraid to stick up for myself and I will do the growlies if I need be. I’m learning to share my bed and share my food but it does depend what it is no way I’m sharing my BBQ chicken with anyone.
Hattie is my new BFF. We chase each other around the house and play fight a lot.
Not that bothered about the boy Wesley though he is just a big Mummas boy
I love my walkies and Daddy is my favourite hooman. Mumma says I am helping to keep Hattie young as she can’t let me go anywhere on my own. I’m finding my brave too. I’m a bit scared around food and the bathroom is terrifying.
All in all it’s been a big week.

Adoption details
We will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
