About Freddie
*In foster care in Petersham, Sydney*
Sweet boy Freddie wears many hats - shy guy, play machine, and cuddle monster once he gets to know you!
With plenty of gentle encouragement and interaction, Freddie is sure to become an affectionate and loving member of your household. He's known to start purring like a motor when his favourite people enter the room :) And a good stash of feather toys and jingly balls will definitely pave the way to his heart! He has a fascination with water, and likes to drop his toys into his water bowl for a swim.
Like all Maggie's pets, Freddie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'll flourish in a quieter household, with lots of gentle cuddles and interactive playtime to help bring me out of my shell.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten-high! I'll need some scratching posts, awesome toys to keep me busy, and plenty of playtime and mental/physical engagement with my humans so I can grow into a healthy, happy big cat :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Children in the upper-primary school age bracket and above will be the best match for me, as I find younger kids' loud noises and boisterous activity quite scary.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm very interested in the resident cat in my foster home (she's not really into it, sadly), so I think I'll probably enjoy living with another friendly puss! I haven’t had the chance to meet any dogs at this stage.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
