About Luna
Luna is looking for a very special family through A Mini Rescue
Beautiful, smart and the most loving little girl ever, Luna is capturing and breaking every heart that meets her.
Luna has had it tough .. she has never had a “person” of her own and that is really all she wants. She has been hungry far too often, she has had to fight bigger dogs to survive, she has had pretty pups that no doubt brought in a pretty dollar or two, she has lived in a grubby shed. She has never had a “Person” and she so desperately needs one.
Probably one of the most loyal and affectionate dogs we have ever brought into rescue she is also one of the most damaged.
Because of her past we have had to make some tough decisions in regard to her future home and we respectfully Thank You for understanding this.
So here we go 🍀
*Luna needs and deserves to be someone’s “Number 1” - once she has your affection she struggles to share it – and for that reason we need her to be an only pet.
*She can play well with other dogs but once she feels insecure or pushed out she will become possessive – so an only dog home is not negotiable, we will not set her up to fail.
*Humans though – the more love the better for her – she will happily love more than one human and allow you all to share that love.
*Older kids (over 10) would be just fine but due to her still learning her manners around food we would not risk her with littler ones.
*A bit of a lazy bones she loves a brisk walk but is not a girl that will need constant exercise.
*She is very sooky and just loves a cuddle above everything else – she has a blanket and bear who she will happily snooze away with whilst you are out and about.
*She adores company and would thrive in a home where someone is home more often than not and she MUST be allowed to be inside and a part of the family..
*She is not big by Wolfie x standards ( 40kg) and unusually loves a ball and playing fetch.
She is 4 years old and we have completed her vetwork including desexing.
She is microchipped, vaccinated and worm / flea treated.
Her adoption fee is $395.
We would be looking to find her a home within our Rescues geographic area which runs from The Sunshine Coast down to The Gold Coast in QLD.
Adoption details
The adoption fee includes desexing, microchipping, first vaccination, worming and flea treatment, current at time of adoption.
Our cats are to be indoor only, we figure this is a big step towards keeping them out of the pound!
Our dogs are to be inside/outside dogs, allowed to be inside at night and in poor weather conditions, included in the family, not left in the yard.
Adoption process includes a meet and greet followed by a home visit ( in your home) by one of our team. Photo ID will also be required upon application.
