About Willow
Introducing one of THE best dogs we have ever had the pleasure of helping. We have called her Willow and she is such a gentle and quiet dog.
Willow has been in our care since January and she is just sensational. It will be hard to let her go but she deserves a home with a family and potentially another pooch playmate.
We have been fostering Willow firstly as she was reported to be jumping fences to escape. But she was also being left alone for many hours during a day and night and was quite thin when she was impounded. We were also not sure if she was pregnant - then has since been in season further delaying her availability.
Since we have had Willow, she has not attempted to jump even our (internal) 4-foot fences – not once. She is living with our 4 rescues including a 16-year-old Pug and a 14-year-old standard poodle our maremma and my rottweiler – and just wants to play. They all get along wonderfully.
Willow walks beautifully on a lead and is extremely well natured around other dogs. Our volunteer has taken her to dog park on multiple occasions. My Grandchildren drag her around on her leash (ages 1 and a half and 2 and a half boys). She does not bark at all (here at least).
It will be a special and devoted family who are chosen for Willow. She holds a big place in our hearts as she has been here so long but its time to allow her the chance to be loved a family of her own.
Please email – tell us a little about your family and home life and about your other pets too.
