Gabbi Gail

Gabbi Gail (Gabbi) is a fantastic girl with kids. While she still tends to jump up here and there on adults she never does on children. She is currently in foster with 5 kids ranging from 3-16 years old and has excellent manners with them. Although she does get in a few sly face licks on the smaller kids. Gabbi is dog social, un-tested with cats but we think she will most probably be ok with them as she listens to direction nicely. She is starting to get use to the lead also. Gabbi has no desire to run away from her foster family and although we don't advocate it, she won't wander if the gate is left open accidentally. She has striking markings and because of her jowls we think she has the slightest touch of sharpei in her interesting genetic history. Gabbi adores water and loves chasing the hose, which amuses the kids no end. So far she hasn't shown signs that she will be a great guard dog but that may come when she has settled into her actual home. Gabbi seems to generally be a low key girl that is happy to be around her human family.
