About Agrippa
*In foster care in North Bondi, Sydney*
Agrippa is a true gentle giant! Incredibly sweet in temperament, he's a huge fan of cuddles with his favourite humans and long walks around the neighbourhood (he'll wait patiently beside your bed in the morning until you're ready to get up and take him out) :)
Gorgeous Agrippa already knows several commands and is bark and house trained. He does have some anxiety around crowds and strangers - so he'll be happiest in a calm environment, with access to large, open spaces (eg dog-friendly parks or beaches) where he can run free.
Like all Maggie's pets, Agrippa is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be relatively calm and quiet, with a person, couple or older family who are active and attentive. Ideally I'll have a backyard or private enclosed area where I can explore and relax in peace. I respond really well to positive reinforcement, so owners with the time to keep up my training would be great!
I don't like big crowds or busy streets at all, so having access to a walking/running route that's slightly off the beaten path would be preferable.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm like a puppy in my love of exercise! A long walk twice a day will be perfect, and lots of space at home to run free would also be ideal (but not essential if I'm getting my walks). When I'm not out and about, I have excellent house manners and enjoy lounging around in the sun.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because I have such a calm nature I'll likely do well with older children. Loud noises, scooters etc are very scary to me, so younger kids probably aren't the best match.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I totally LOVE other dogs and will try to say hello to every single one I pass on the street! Sometimes I find bigger male dogs intimidating, so before we commit to our new life together I will definitely need to meet your resident puppers, just to check that we get along.
Unfortunately I won't be suited to a home with resident cats, as I love to chase them!

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
