About Ruddle
Ruddle is an all-round fantastic dog who is the ultimate companion. This guy is super friendly and affectionate. He loves being around people and will drop for a belly rub at almost every opportunity. Ruddle is well-balanced and laid back, happy to chill out with is foster carers and take naps. He takes the world in his stride and is always ready to greet you with a happy waggy tail.
Even when he was still in the pound, he has always been friendly with other dogs that he has met. It all ties in to his chilled-out nature. Ruddle is more than happy to hang out with others but isn’t looking to rumble or play with his doggy friends. He enjoys going for daily walks but doesn’t run around much unless it’s time to play fetch – then it is game on as he absolutely loves to fetch that ball!
Ruddle has been a dream for his foster carers. He has lovely house manners, waits for his food and is toilet trained. He sleeps in his bed inside throughout the night. He walks nicely on the lead and sits on command. Ruddle is fine to be at home alone for some shorter stints but would prefer his new owners were home more often than not.
We are looking for a loving home for Ruddle where he will be a part of the family. He should have access inside to spend time with the family and will need a nice bed inside to sleep on at night. Ruddle has not been tested with cats and pocket pets. He does like to lean in for pats so his large size probably makes him a better suit for more dog savvy or older children. He will require daily exercise and lots of love and attention which he will pay back ten-fold.
If you are interested in making this happy fella a part of your family then you will need to complete a Dog Adoption Enquiry form on the Fetching Dogs website as the next step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
