About Vegemite
This is the story of 3 little kittens born on Australia day. They have very Australian names - Lamington, Vegemite and Minty. The kittens' mum had them in a carport then abandoned them. At just a few hours old they were taken into care and the battle to hand raise them began. It was touch and go. Every 2 hours for the first 2 weeks of their lives, they were bottle fed. That's 12 times a day. For the 2 weeks after that they needed feeding every 4 hours. Finally at 5 weeks they could eat on they own. It's been a hard road and we almost lost them but they've come through. As you'd expect from their history these kittens are very special little guys who love being around people. Now they are 12 weeks old and ready to go to a new home; we hope to find special families for 3 very special boys. We would love each of our Australia day kittens to have a wonderful home where they will be looked after and become a part of your family.
Meet Vegemite who loves to sit with you and get hugs and kisses. He is the sweetest boy.-
