About Gibbs
G'day folks!
My name is Gibbs.
My hooman foster dad is an NCIS fan and I of course am named after the star of the show, Leeroy "Jethrow" Gibbs....you can just call me Gibbs!
I am very cute, fluffy and cuddly, if I do say so myself. I love to play and like my namesake I like to investigate everything.
I also love a snuggle...when I'm worn out from playing and solving crimes of course.
If you'd like me to come and protect you from the bad guys just give the shelter team a ring.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
