About Banjo
Say hi to Banjo! A gorgeous Greyhound born on 1st April, 2011 who is looking to find his retirement home.
Banjo is a quiet older gentleman, with a very gentle nature. While he does still like to have a play with his toys, he would much prefer to potter around with you and then settle in for some tv and belly rubs.
He likes to be out for a stroll around the neighbourhood and he can be quite inquisitive checking out all of the new smells and sights. Banjo has amazing lead manners and would never dream of pulling you along.
Banjo loves people and is very happy to meet new friends. He also gets along very well with other dogs - both big and small and he doesn't mind the company of cats. While Banjo tested well with our chickens, he didn't do so great with the rabbits and we believe he would be best to not have pocket pets in his retirement home.
He shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and while he does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where he knows he is safe. Banjo is house trained, so there is no need to worry about any accidents inside the home.
Banjo is a beautiful guy, who would fit straight into most family dynamics. As he does not require excessive grooming or exercise, he would be the perfect companion for and older couple or family alike.
Banjo is a such a happy and affectionate guy and an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. He is a stunning boy who would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Banjo will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Banjo's adoption fee is $300 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. Banjo is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.
