About Rachel
Rachel came to Hills Cat Rescue as a feral stray. She is still very sensitive around people and would benefit from a quiet loving home that would give her time to show her true personality. She doesn't hiss, or bite, she likes bum pats but she can be quite skittish. She wakes her foster mum up every morning with purrs.
