About Emmy
MEET EMMY!
My name is Emmy and i'm a big 4 1/2 year old girl. I am a short haired torti fully vet worked and ready for my forever home. Check out the videos for an update on Emmy, she a little rounder (weighing 4.1kg) than these previous photos but still just as pretty!
Emmy was adopted from us approximately 2 years ago and unfortunately due to family breakdown and moving, she has been returned to us to find her forever home, this time is MUST be right and must be the last time Emmy has to move, she deserves it!
Emmy gave birth to 2 little ginger kittens who she raised in foster care and both have since found their forever homes, now it is her turn.
What can i say about Emmy other than she's the most perfect companion?!
Emmy has a big personality, she is super affectionate and gives hugs when you pick her up! She has a loud purr and loves nothing more than to be spoilt with affection and treats, she is very food motivated. Emmy likes kids and loves to be played with she would make the perfect best friend for a child needing a companion, she is dominant to other animals however and has to be the boss so she would be best as an only cat or with an elderly or passive cat that will let her be the boss. She is not dominant to her humans, she just does not want to share you!
She is very confident and will easily settle in to her new home, she immediately accepts pats from anyone she meets and demands attention! She would make a really wonderful best friend to someone who lives alone or works from home and needs a shadow. Emmy has the most beautiful and loving personality and she really deserves to be loved for the rest of her life.
*Emmy is INDOOR ONLY for life please only apply for her if this is suitable for your household.
*Please no other cats or 1 other very passive cat mate
*When applying for Emmy please tell us about yourself and your home and why you would like to adopt Emmy specifically. Emmy has been moved around too many times and we would like this time to be the forever home.
Medical notes
Emmy is currently waiting a dental procedure to remove a broken canine that Cat Lovers Ballarat is paying for, She can still be applied for and adopted whilst waiting for her procedure.
Once in her new home, she will need to be on a dental diet to help prevent any future dental disease that comes with all cats as they age, but she will be back to normal and healthy otherwise!
