About Chester DL2440
Young, lovable and goofy!
At only 9 months old, I am one BIG puppy. I still have lots to learn, as the world is so exciting for me.
I love other dogs, but I need to learn boundaries and social cues, so I will need ongoing socialisation practice with tolerant dogs. No cats. I'm better suited to older kids 8yrs+, as I am very bouncy and enthusiastic.
I know how to sit and I give my paw straight away. I need help learning other tricks and manners. While out walking, I am very alert to everything going on around me, so I pull hard on the lead. You will need to be physically strong and have the confidence and experience to work on this with me.
While I don't love baths, I do love playing with water straight from the hose and this gets lots of laughs. I can still mouth and jump up a bit when I’m super excited, but I listen quickly when told to stop this. I get excited when I play tug of war, chase the ball, and run around with squeaky soft toys.
I would love a home with a super tolerant dog, or I would be happy to just have my people. I’ve been left alone for short periods of time and am not destructive, am house trained and not a barker, so I’m sure with some practice I could be left alone for longer.
If I’m allowed I’d love to snuggle on the couch or bed with you, I think I’m a lap dog and don’t realise how big I am! I’m also happy to rest by your feet.
If you'd love to meet me, email my friends at DFL today to apply.
