Misty ~ 3yo Kelpie x Mastiff (On trial 24/4/20)

Hi there, my name is Misty and I am a beautiful 3 year old Kelpie x Mastiff. I am a timid girl, but I am very cuddly and loving once I am used to you.

I was sprung from a local pound by DRN and my carer Max has been looking after me very well. I really like him and his partner as they give me lots of attention. I feel very comfortable around them and can’t get enough cuddles. I am a bit lucky as I have been allowed to sleep on the bed, but I am sure I would be happy in a comfortable doggy bed if in the same room as my new owner.

I am toilet trained and know some basic commands like sit and I can shake paws as well.

I am a bit nervous about new things and people. Max has tried to take me for walks but I get a bit uneasy when I hear and see another dog so I really need someone to be patient with me and just give me time to adjust. I think I should go to a home without another dog.

I am a loving dog and would make someone a great companion. I like to think I am a lap dog! Due to my size I am probably not the best with a family with young kids, though teenagers would be fine.
