An oh so gentle giant!
ode is an affectionate smoochy and basically a big softy. . Ode has been waiting for a family of his own very patiently. . Born in 2005. . This big boy weighs about 50 kgs. . Maybe that is why nobody has adopted him so far. When ode arrived at best friends we were worried about his size but what a gentle soul he is. . Perhaps the most child friendly and in-home friendly guy we have ever had. . He is very aware of his size and has the best manners we have seen yet. . If you love mastiffs then you will adore ode. Ode is great with people and likes to play with other dogs. . He loves treats. . Is good on walks and has enjoyed meeting lots of different people. . Typical of his breed ode likes to do a boundary walk and check out the security of his home and family and will give one deep loud gruff if there is someone too close to his property. . He will make an excellent watch dog as no-one would dare come in unless they are invited. Ode loves having room to romp and loves his current foster carer's home with two loving carers and one little toddler to cuddle him and care for him and rub his tummy but what this sweet boy really needs is for someone to finally pick him and take him home forever. . Ode would be so grateful if you would call to ask about him!
