About Gracie ~ 18 month old cat (On Trial 26/04/2020)
Meet Gracie! This lovely girl is very loving, playful, smart and inquisitive. She just adores attention and playing with her toys. Quick to adapt to a new environment she would be wonderful in a bustling home with plenty to keep an eye on but she would be equally as happy in a quiet home with someone home a lot.
We recently busted Gracie out of a pound after spending 8 months in a cage. She has settled so well into a home environment and is very confident which makes us think she was a loved family pet before she found herself at the pound. She is relishing in the freedom of a house again!
Gracie is still very much like a kitten and is outgoing and playful so will need someone home more often than not to keep her company. She is very smoochy with her humans and loves snuggling on the lounge but loves to curl up on her scratching post by herself after a good zoomie session.
Her foster home is without other pets so we are unsure how she will go with other animals. She loves human company and is enjoying having all of the attention on her and will be vocal when you aren’t showing her some love. She is very quick to learn and shows a robust confident nature that would do well with a loving home that can show her plenty of attention.
Gracie doesn’t mind a belly rub, being picked up and cuddled. She enjoys all sorts of toys and is happiest when she can keep an eye on you. She is also happiest when she is eating and could do with being put on a kitty diet!
Gracie is available for adoption to an indoor only home in the coming weeks and her adoption fee is $180. This little lady will make someone very happy, she is wonderful company.
Gracie is in care in Mayfield East, NSW. She has been vaccinated, desexed and microchipped. If you’re interested in adopting her please click on this link to complete our application form https://form.jotform.co/93127959159875

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
