About Daisy ~ sweet 10mo Cattledog (On Trial 25/04/2020)
Daisy is a lovely 10 month old blue Cattledog. She's a smaller pooch with a big heart and she loves cuddling more than anything else!
Daisy has a wonderful energy about her and would be the perfect match for an active owner who likes to go for walks or play in the garden. One thing that particularly stands out about Daisy is her easy-going temperament, especially when you take her on these walks - she doesn’t pull the lead and is very calm around other dogs.
Daisy gets anxious when she is left alone. She will need someone who is home a lot and/or another dog for company. Her new owner will need to work with her to help her get over her separation anxiety. We are unsure how she would go with cats and pocket pets. She is fine with cats she meets on walks and she never barks or growls at the cats next door so she might be ok with a slow introduction.
Daisy is also well on her way to being house trained, already going out through the dog flap on her own to go to the bathroom. She is very good-natured but can get a little excited from time to time - nothing a soothing belly rub can’t fix!
She would be the perfect companion for someone who wants a loyal and loved up but also fun furry friend. Expect lots of snuggles and playtime!

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
