About Blitizen
Blitizen is a gorgeous 7.5 yo German Shepherd. Sadly due to circumstances out of his control, he’s spent the last 12 months in a boarding kennel. Unfortunately, he was unable to go back home after all this time, so it's time to find him a retirement home. He has a beautiful loving nature and likes a cuddle, so a loving and kind home to match is just what he’s after.
His new home needs to allows him inside so he can be close to them and also sleep the night. He is crate trained. He has good manners and can sit and drop and is starting to walk beautiful on a lead.
He’s currently living as one of 6 dogs for further socialisation and has shown to be happy to be around a 5 and 14yo dog savvy kids. However we would suggest he would be better suited to a home as an only dog and with an owner who understands that he can be dog selective and not a suitable candidate for off leash dog areas/ dog parks and dog beaches.
He’s met cats, but isn’t sure and gets too excited by them, so is best suited to a home without them or pocket pets. He hasn’t been tested with livestock or chickens.
This beautiful boy has shown to have some good health behind him and looks to have a fair few years left in him. Lets find this handsome boy a new home
