IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG

We are very concerned about the health of our volunteers and their families.
To protect them, we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greets can be organised.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog -

* Coughing or sneezing
* runny or blocked nose
* shortness of breath
* high temperature or fever
* sore throat
* aches or pains
* other flu like symptoms

If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.

Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help.

We require you to acknowledge that you have read and agree with all statements before any potential meet and greet can proceed.

Grasshopper is a cute little pup with a big attitude. He just loves to jump and play especially tug with his foster brother. He is learning new things every day from the other dogs and with continued training he will be fantastic. He can be anxious and timid when feeling unsure, sometimes his fear gets the better of him when sharing food. Grasshopper absolutely loves cuddles and covering you in kisses. Being a pup he does like to mouth and as his teeth are still baby, they do tend to hurt a so older dog savvy children would be best if there are any in the home. He is food motivated so learning new things will be rewarding for all. He also loves to relax on the couch after a good play. He is not tested with cats.
