IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG

We are very concerned about the health of our volunteers and their families.
To protect them, we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greets can be organised.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog -

* Coughing or sneezing
* runny or blocked nose
* shortness of breath
* high temperature or fever
* sore throat
* aches or pains
* other flu like symptoms

If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.

Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help.

Wisha is a calm and loving girl whose energetic and playful puppy traits are easily kept in check! She loves to keep her family close by and enjoys nothing more than a cuddle. She loves people, other dogs and is good with cats. As with any dog, continued training will assist this girl to being a well behaved family member. She responds well to firm commands and has the signs of a quick learner.

Wisha will be suited to either a single person, a couple, or a family with children of any age, as long as she gets lots of love. She would work well with the company of another dog, for if she is left for long periods, she will get lonely. Wisha loves the space of a backyard, is learning to walk nicely on lead and socialises well with other dogs. She is easy to have inside the house, peacefully curled up in a ball on her bed. She is still learning her housetraining. Wisha is a small to medium beautiful girl, whose affectionate nature will make her starting over family feel very content and loved.
