About Megs
Megs is a very pretty young Staffy X girl who is coming into care with us. She is affectionate and friendly with people and is also fine with other dogs. She loves playing and running around, is still a little excitable but calms down and loves to lie on the floor near you whilst you are working at your desk. Megs has some basic training and will happily sit for her meals. She wants a family who will continue her socialisation and training so that she reaches her full potential as a loving and loyal family pet.
Megs is looking for a home where she will be an inside/outside dog , a part of the family joining in family activities and fun. She has so much to give the right family.
Megs cannot be rehomed with cats or pocket pets.
If you would like more information about Megs or would like to meet her, she would be happy to hear from you. All our dogs have a two week trial period in their new home.

***Special Update***
Because of the Coronavirus situation we are receiving an unprecedented number of enquiries. We are just a small group of people and are still working hard to get dogs and cats out of pounds and to safety as well as answer enquiries about animals we already have in care. Please be patient with us as we work through the enquiries. Thank you.
If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with your phone number, a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL TO US.
We try and answer all enquiries asap but you are welcome to follow up your email with a phone call to our foster carer co-ordinator Debra on 0412 698 117. We will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
