About Tiger DL2437
Tiger is a very happy mature boy, who really does just want to please.
He is a casual, social dog, just happy to be in your company. He enjoys twice daily walks and can keep up on a 5-6 km hike, walking very nicely on a slip style lead. Other pastimes he enjoys are belly rubs, destroying squeaky toys or just chilling out with his favourite crocodile soft toy.
We think Tiger misses the company of another dog at home and would love to see him find a home with a buddy. He has enjoyed play dates with another Staffy, a Groodle, a Wolfhound mix and a Cavalier, so he isn’t choosy when it comes to breed, size or sex of his friends.
He has met children aged from 4 - 11 yrs and enjoyed their pats. He hasn't been tested with cats. He has been left home during the work day with access in and outdoors, with no problems. However, he is very happy to see you get home!
Tiger is house trained and polite, well behaved in the car, and sleeps through the night in his own bed, but wouldn’t knock back an invitation to sleep with the humans.
Tiger is a real delight to have in the home and we can't wait to find his dream family. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
Tiger has a heart murmur that will need to be monitored, medication not required at this stage. He has had lumps examined by our vet. The ones on his body are probable lipomas (fatty lumps), however there is one on his head to keep an eye on. No treatment currently required.
