About Cheezel
Cheezel was surrendered to a vet when she was brought in very sick with the cat flu. She was so bad her eyes were stuck together and she quite unwell. Cheezel was handed to a vet nurse and then one of our experienced carers and with meds, regular eye cleaning, ointment and lots of love and care, she turned the corner and got better! But it took some time and she still does the Cheezel Sneezel from time to time, usually in your face first thing in the morning... it's just part of her charm.
Cheezel also likes to groom your nose because she loves you so much, has the cutest squawky meow, plays and loves and sleeps with verve! A truly adorable looking little black & white tuxedo cat with soft soft fur, and the cutest white eyebrows and whiskers, Cheezel is worth everything we've put into her and more. Cheezel is looking for a loving family who needs regular grooming, play sessions, and snuggles... is your family looking for the unique love bug that is Cheezel Sneezel?
Cheezel is a healthy raw fed kitten who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #953010004388996, source #EE101165). She is available for adoption right now! Her adoption fee also includes her second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
