Poppy is super affectionate, clever and cheeky all in equal measures. Our clever girl sits, fetches and walks well on her harness and lead.

She is very fond of her food and sits and waits for her dinner and treats, but has the nose of the bloodhound and can sniff out food at a 100 paces! So don’t leave the plate on the side table as she will climb, jump and do acrobatic acts to get at your chicken stir fry!!

As mentioned Poppy walks great on the lead, does not pull, and having only been out a few short walks as she is young, she appears to be tolerating traffic noise and road walking well along with doing her business outside. She’s such a good girl!!!

Most importantly Poppy LOVES cuddles and being close to her human, giving gentle kisses to her carer and more mouthy ones to her foster fur sister!

Poppy is very fond of her foster fur sister Coco and they nap together, share play time and tug of war, slightly unfair game as Coco is a 30kg staffy x mastiff!

Poppy has found her voice and barks at the wind blowing but quickly stops when told, and she has FOMO and wants to know what’s going on! She is able to play herself with toys and take herself to bed to rest.

Overall Poppy will make a great addition to any family with or without dogs. She needs ongoing puppy training and will be a beloved family member in no time.
