IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG

We are very concerned about the health of our volunteers and their families.
To protect them, we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greets can be organised.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog -

* Coughing or sneezing
* runny or blocked nose
* shortness of breath
* high temperature or fever
* sore throat
* aches or pains
* other flu like symptoms

If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.

Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help.

Harrybold is only a baby, born in July last year. One of his siblings had a DNA test which shows they are Collie x Kelpie x Staffy x Rottweiler x. Harrybold would weigh approximately 25 kgs at the moment.

Harrybold is NOT cat friendly. He displays far too much interest in cats.

Harrybold was born into rescue and lived with a family with kids. He was rarely left alone. Then came a time when he was left alone at home for long hours. He became very destructive. We are hoping to find a home where he is rarely left alone. That does not mean just for the COVID19 period.

Harrybold is great with other dogs. Play is one of his favourite things. He loves a clam shell pool, sometimes he plays in it but mostly he just flops down and sits with his head propped up on the edge watching the world go by.
Harrybold is a loving, strong, independent boy who needs a home where he has human company. He cannot be left for extended periods.

He loves to go for walks. He walks nicely when he is out in the world, enjoying new experiences. Whilst remembering he is a very strong boy both physically and mentally.

Harrybold is toilet trained.
He knows, understands and responds to many commands. He watches you intently for cues that he is being a “good boy”.

Harrybold is a friend, a companion and a buddy that is unabashedly devoted to his loved ones.
