About Banjo ~ playful 8mo Kelpie x (On Trial 17/4/20)
Banjo is a friendly 8 month old kelpie x. He is a robust and enthusiastic boy who loves to run really fast and charge around, but will also settle beautifully on his bed surrounded by family when needed.
Banjo is an extremely strong dog who will need owners who have owned similar breeds before and are able to confidently manage his strength and excitable nature. Despite his high energy and enthusiastic approach to life, he also has a calm side and could live with children in a quiet home with a private garden to help him burn off some of his energy and help with his training.
Banjo is comfortable with everyone he meets as long as they are willing to give him some attention, treats and a gentle back rub! Banjo is extremely excitable around other dogs. There is no malice but he has not learnt any manners and this is something that his new owners will need to work on with him and be willing to put some training in to help him make good decisions when meeting new dogs in the future.
Banjo has had some basic training and knows the commands sit, stay and bed. He is extremely food motivated, a smart dog and responds well to training.
It is easy to fall for the magnificent Banjo, if you feel you could offer him the home he deserves please get in contact with Sarah by emailing: sarah_scott@outlook.com.au or texting 0416 734 786. He is located in Mayfield NSW. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Banjo's adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
