Hi, my name is Mason, I am an 8-week-old Kelpie mix.
Foster mum says I am a very bright and happy boy. I have a lot of love to give and I am great at giving snuggles. I need a home where I’m part of the family.
I’m good with other dogs & puppies. I really like the household cats too, and I approach them very calmly & gently. No matter how hard I try to befriend them, they just don’t seem to like me. Foster mum say’s that they are just easily spooked.
I am currently learning my basic manners; I can sit when told, and I’m learning not to jump up with excitement. Foster mum is also teaching me my name, and to come back when called. I can walk on the leash, but sometimes I just prefer to follow off leash. I sleep inside at night. I’m a clever boy and know to go outside & use the lawn.
Foster mum says that I will grow into my lanky legs and be the fastest pup in town. I’m very curious boy, and love to go exploring in the bushes. My favourite thing is playing with sticks and leaves, although I do love a good tennis ball being thrown. I don’t bring it back just yet, it’s way more fun to take it to somewhere to hide.
I’m looking for my adventure buddy. Someone active to take me exploring. I need a home that understands the mental & physical needs of the working breeds and is committed to my ongoing training and socialization. And most of all, a home that will shower me with love.

Medical notes
All Doggie Moggie rescue puppies come with a Desexing voucher as part of the adoption process. It is a requirement that Mason be presented for desexing at a Vet nominated by us, at between five & six months of age.
Mason has received his first vaccination and has been health checked by our vets.
He receives Interceptor for Heartworm/Worm prevention and Nexgard for flea & tick prevention.

~Will you let me live inside and be part of the family?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea, tick and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality puppy biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
