About Rosie
Rosie is looking for a very special human. Rose is 7yo and was locked in a cage for most of her life.
Rosie is a sweet soul who loves humans and other dogs, but some humans can frighten her, especially if she is cornered.
Rosie occasionally need ears drops for an ear infection and doesn’t really like those either (but who does) but will wear her muzzle willingly so she doesn’t react and give you a nip by accident. Rosie needs time to build trust with her new human and needs a special someone who is willing to put in the time with her and not give up on her.
Rosie needs someone who understands that she will nip if scared, but this has reduced in the short time she has been in foster care.
Rosie would probably benefit with a home without small children or pocket pets until she learns the rules of her new home (and human) and has developed a good sense of trust.
Rosie needs time to get to know you, before she can trust you and let you into her world, but once you’re in there she is all yours. She does however, need a firm handler who understands that trust comes with leadership, so she can feel safe that you will show her the way with confidence and training.
Are you her special human Do you have what it takes to help this beautiful girl to come out of her shell and live a happy and confident life? If so, please fill in an application form and one of our volunteers will have a chat with you about our dear Rosie.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.

3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE FILLING IN OUR ONLINE ADOPTION FORM**.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
