About Sid ~ cute Chihuahua puppy (On Trial 9/4/20)
Sid is a gorgeous little 8 week old chihuahua puppy, and is full of personality!
Sid LOVES to be around people and other animals so would suit a home with someone home most of the time (even after the current social isolation), or a canine companion to hang out with when home alone. Sid has grown up around cats and has met kids, both of which he was fine with.
Sid is an avid collector (mainly of socks) and has been known to re-pot the house plants onto the floor. He loves to explore the garden (under supervision) and is still working on his toilet training but is really good at toileting on puppy pads when he gets caught short inside.
As Sid is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old.

Sid's adoption fee is $700 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
